We hope you love our Kachelöfen and tiles as much as we love creating them. It takes time to produce our work. Most of our clay creations need to slowly dry out, and then require both a bisque fire and a glaze fire. It is not uncommon for an order to takes months to fulfill.

SMALL PACKAGE ORDERS
All small package orders are shipped with Canada Post – USPS.
INSURANCE
Within Canada/domestically, and from Canada/Internationally–no courier offers any insurance on anything glass or ceramic, for damage or loss. Placing an order assumes confirmation that the client accepts this. We pack as well as possible for this reason, and packages become large with all the cushioning.
Shipping amounts are determined as the items are being packed: they vary from shipment to shipment with dimensional weight and destination. On all orders packaging, handling and fees related to payment will apply. This means each order there is a charge for packaging materials.
All packages have tracking from the courier. This is the service we prefer for small package orders, use most often, and have confidence in.

PALLET ORDERS
We can quote delivery costs on local or Central and Southern Ontario destinations. On Northern Ontario, out-of-province or cross border pallets we use Freightcom to source suitable quotes from reliable shipping companies.
