Maija’s Fireplace Surround

We supplied the Kacheln for this beautifully designed fireplace surround and mantel. The client loves Kachelöfen, but for a number of reasons couldn’t move forward with a wood burning heat source. We love the solution she came to! 

When the work area was being prepared and the original mantel piece was removed some charming vintage wallpaper was revealed. The client loved it so much that she left it up for awhile before finally removing it and prepping the area for painting.

These Kacheln are decorative. They do not radiate heat, as the natural gas insert is not functionally connected to the Kacheln.
